How to Return a Product to us
- Your product must be in its original unused condition to be returned (we will not pay for postage costs on normal returns/exchanges).
- Products with a manufacturer defect will be refunded in full (including postage costs).
- You must return the product within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please either email: info@marchingorders.co.uk to request a returns form, or call 07885 813345 to discuss returning your product to us.
2. Mail your returned product to:

3. Include a signed letter/returns form in with your product, stating the reason for your return along with the original invoice or receipt.
Return Exceptions
Some products cannot be returned if they have been opened, (e.g. Cleaning products).
Products that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
Exchanges
If your product is in a ‘like new’ condition, you may exchange it for a different size or colour.
