Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the sending your order to you is based on the weight and size of your packaged order and your location.

Before the final checkout page you will be shown the total cost of your order including shipping and you will have a chance to cancel your order at this stage if you want to. Please call us on 07885 813345 if you would like to make alternative delivery arrangements.

Back Orders

If an item from a multiple order is out of stock, we will send out the items that are available and then send the missing item as soon as it becomes available. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
